NELO, THE INTELLIGENT VISUAL ASSISTANT FOR THE BLIND AND VISUALLY DISABLED
Perception has developed Nelo, a real on-board visual recognition system that offers real autonomy to people who are blind from birth, visually impaired </ strong >, with vision problems, glaucoma, AMD. The Nelo technological device combines a powerful computer, a camera, headphones and an intelligent facial and object recognition algorithm. A real intelligent visual assistant for the blind and visually impaired, Nelo does not require any internet connection unlike e-health connected objects.
Travel assistance
Nelo accompanies the visually impaired and the blind in their daily travels. The high definition camera films the images. Visual recognition analyzes them instantly for high-performance audio reproduction to ensure user safety and promote their independence in all movements (streets, public transport, shops, schools, etc.).
Visual recognition & VOICE ASSISTANCE
Perception with Nelo gives access to the blind and visually impaired anywhere thanks to its system of visual recognition and audio reproduction in real time. Nelo transforms the images into audio content retransmitted to headphones.
